About

Sukhbir Singh Sethi

I spent 30 years in technology — 15 of them at Cisco Systems, working at the intersection of technology and business. For the past 8+ years, I have worked independently as a Digital Transformation Consultant and AI Trainer, helping organisations build the technology capability to act on their ambitions.

TechSingh Academy was built from a pattern I saw repeatedly: organisations with strategic intent but no structured pathway to build the capability that makes that intent real. The gap was never awareness. It was always design.

I hold a Master of Engineering Science from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, and have published research in IEEE Transactions on Education. My approach is practical, business-first, and built for people who are not technologists — but who need to lead in a world where AI is now a core business capability.
